OVERVIEW

Gordon Brothers presents the opportunity to acquire the shares and/or business assets of a UK advanced sensor fusion software business (“Company”) delivering GNSS-denied navigation in the autonomous platform domain.

The Company is a UK-based advanced software business specialising in sensor fusion, target tracking and autonomous navigation technologies for defence and security applications. Its technology combines and processes data from multiple sensor types, including radar, sonar, acoustic and optical systems, to enhance tracking, navigation and situational awareness across land, air and maritime environments.

The Company’s hardware-agnostic software is designed to integrate with existing sensing infrastructure and wider systems, enabling enhanced capability without requiring replacement of existing hardware. The technology has been developed from extensive academic and industry research and has been demonstrated through engagement with the UK Ministry of Defence and defence industry partners.
