Status / For Sale
An opportunity exists to acquire the business and assets of Project 20534, a well-established energy services business providing recurring service and maintenance solutions alongside turnkey project delivery across the commercial, industrial and public sectors.
The Company provides service and maintenance support to a portfolio of more than 300 customers across the commercial, industrial and public sectors, with a strong presence among local authorities and national supermarket operators, generating significant recurring revenue from long-standing customer relationships.
The Company operates across England and Wales, supported by a highly skilled engineering team comprising 17 cross-discipline field engineers and 30 employees in total, with revenues of c.£3.9m recorded in FY25.
Despite 5 years of profitability, financial performance has been impacted by a significant reduction in higher-margin project activity, driven by project cancellations, delays and a reduction in tender opportunities. Under new ownership, targeted investment in project conversion and sales growth presents a clear opportunity to enhance profitability whilst leveraging the Company’s established customer base and experienced engineering team.
