Gordon Brothers presents an opportunity to acquire the assets of Pneumowave Limited, a pioneering medical technology company specialising in remote respiratory monitoring and digital therapeutics.

The company has developed an advanced, end-to-end platform designed to prevent deaths from respiratory failure. By combining high-resolution wearable sensors with sophisticated AI and proprietary algorithms, the technology provides real-time detection of life-threatening respiratory events including opioid-induced respiratory depression, asthma attacks, and COPD exacerbations.

To date, the technology has received circa £8m of investment, and the company has conducted eight clinical studies, generating over 40,000 hours of biosensor data.

An acquisition would ideally suited for medical device manufacturers, pharmaceutical companies, or global digital health providers looking to finalise development of the solution ahead of commercialisation.
