Gordon Brothers presents an opportunity to acquire the intellectual property assets of Trustify Limited (in Liquidation), developers of a digital trust and cybersecurity platform focused on certificate lifecycle management, post-quantum cryptography (“PQC”), AI security assurance and cyber resilience solutions.
The business evolved from its origins as a cybersecurity consultancy firm into a SaaS-led software provider, centred around three complementary offerings: TrustiCerts, a certificate lifecycle management platform; TrustiMail, an email trust and authentication solution; and Trustify Experts, a cybersecurity advisory and assurance service encompassing AI security audits, PQC readiness assessments and certificate migration programmes. Together, these products created an integrated digital-trust ecosystem serving organisations facing increasing security, compliance and cryptographic management requirements.
Underpinned by a robust IP portfolio, Trustify provided services to customers across a range of sectors including finance, healthcare and energy, together with local councils and governments, generating seven figure ARR.
This opportunity is likely to be of interest to cybersecurity providers, managed service providers or telecommunications and cloud providers to strengthen existing bundled cyber-resilience offerings or accelerate development for new solutions.
